Working in the Results Window

The Results window is a tabbed interface that opens to view the results when you run any of the following commands:

• Extended Find and Replace
• Code Validation
• Link Verification
• Image Thumbnails
• Project Deployment

You can use the Tab and Shift+Tab keys to move among the Results panes.

Saving results

Results for each of these operations are preserved when you move from panel to panel and when you close the Results window. They are not saved if you repeat an operation or exit HomeSite. You can open the Results window at any time by selecting View > Results.

To generate an HTML document containing the Results, right-click in the Search, Validation, or Links panel and select Browse. The document displays in the default browser.

To browse or edit documents from the Search Results pane, highlight one or more files, right-click, and select either the Open in Browser or Open in Editor command.
